In 2004, I completed work with Amaze Design on a National Park Service project, Alabama’s Tent City Interpretive Center, part of the Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail. I did the writing for the center’s 3,500-square-foot exhibition, which commemorates the 1965 Selma-to-Montgomery Voting Rights March. Neil Mackay of the park service calls the text “emotionally compelling.” (Image courtesy of Amaze Design.)
